I am Marz Nailon, a Real Estate Unit Manager based in Cebu City, Philippines.I graduated from the University of San Jose Recoletos BS-Ecommerce major Office Management. I work in various industries and in different positions such as Accounting Staff, Billing Staff, Outbound Agent, Customer Relations Officer and People Manager. My enthusiasm and interest in the property market lead me to change carreers and pursue my dream of working in real estate.

Working in real estate has taught me the importance of treating each client as an individal human being by fostering a professional relationship built on trust and understanding. I love helping individuals find there dream home until you get your client the result they want. I want to make a difference in people's lives.

My job allows me to meet new people, who otherwise I would not have known. Each of them has interesting stories that captivate me, and as the work relationship progresses, in most cases, the work relationship turns into a beautiful friendship.  I love all of it that I'll be part of that person’s important life event!
